Semester 1 is over and Semester 2 has just started.
After one whole long week of break (special thanks to M2 seniors for having their exams on for one week xD)...I've gotten pretty much lazy. Yes, LAZY! Guess not touching the book MUCH for a week would really tune down my pace in reading and absorbing.
Went back to school last Monday and to my surprise (not), our sem 1 results are finally out. Yes, nervous, excited, anxiety...I have no idea what I was feeling when I was standing right before our principal, Mr Matthew's room door. He was giving out our results PERSONALLY...yes, that means ONE BY ONE into his room. Once Ms Fatima (our bio teacher) announce a 10 minutes break for us, everyone practically rushed to Mr. Matthew's office room door or either to the lift...mainly because they were hungry. I was almost the last to be in queue but was the 2nd to go in... why? I had no idea...perhaps cause everyone was equally as scared and as nervous as I am and I have no idea how I got pushed to the front. And the scene after I enter the room.
Mr. Matthew (M), me (C) M : oh who's next....OH CHARMAINE! Hi! *smiles* C : eheh...hehe...heh...Hi sir... *forced smile* M : you look nervous. C : (duh -.-") i AM nervous. M : well you shouldn't be. but don't worry. well, what has been done has been done. there's nothing much you can do now anyway. C : U-huh..... M : So you ready for your results? C : Yes. M : Okay *smiles and clicks OK on the computer and so pops out my result* C : (NO C...please NO C...please...!!!!!) YES!!!! *jumps up and down* M : *smiles* are you happy with your results? C : *nods head like crazy* yes. M : Well i believe you can do MUCH better than that. I'm not too satisfied. *smiles* C : Oh...Okie. I'll do well in my next term. Thank you sir. *bows 90 degree. Out*
Then as expected everyone was like, what happened? what u got? passed? don't need to resit?
3As and 1B+, really unexpected. All Grace goes to Him! Proud of my Lord.
Smsed my parents the next thing and continue on with our bio class after the 'supposedly - 10 - minutes - come - 1 - hour - break' cause everyone was queing for their results. I'm also glad for friends Bonnie who got the same as me and also Vivien who initially didn't have to resit the exam. :) Good for them! Now...Mr Matthew said it wasn't good enough, Mom said keep up the good work and she's expecting better results next time...so that means... 4 FLAT?!!! *sighs*
Gone are the days I'm relaxingly watching korean dramas and MVs on youtube. Charmaine has to work hard! :)
