It feels as if I have not gotten home for days when I just left home say...6 hours or so?
Jump off my bed at 5:45 a.m. to realize I was already 15 minutes late for my driving lesson to Semenyir, somewhere at the border line of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan. Since I am going to have my first driving test there anyway so my instructor thought I should just pay an early visit to know how the road is like and how the REAL KANCIL car actually functions...(and I testify to God it is HORRIBLE!)
5:45 a.m. All I had was my instructor by my side, dim orangish-yellow street lamps and the car lights to help me figure my way out to the place. Seeing how I always drive at >70 km/h once I'm on the highway, my instructor said i would be able to reach approximately within an hour or so (note that : normal driving people take 45 minutes to an hour to get there too).
Sped my way across the road like nobody's business xP since there was hardly any cars on the road. Was missing my bed badly while driving there but after speeding I felt much better (is that suppose to be a right thing? >.<")
Reached the place at 7 a.m. since we left close to 6. An hour to Semenyir felt super super super duper long. Upon reaching, my instructor immediately taught me the roads, show and described how the real test would be like and had me test driving the roads. There were two ways : A and B (i prefer A better since the speed limit is 60 whereas B is only 40). Had loads of trouble at the U-turns thanks to the Clutch, never like that stick...note to self : practice your U-turns!
After that, my kind instructor was nice enough to belanja me breakfast, haha that's what he has to pay for having me to wake up at 5 in the morning! (just kidding). It was so nice of him. Since Semenyir is a small village out of town so the food there wasn't oily at all. The Char Keuy Teow I ate was very nice and un-oily. But their milo was super sweet...Okay back to the track.
After having a pre-test with this Malay guy who slurs his words worse than Jay Chou...I amazingly passed with a score of 90% out of a 100%...I think >.<" I was super worried because he told me to take road A and not even halfway the track I was told to make a quick U-turn and head back. I thought I would already fail my pre-test but when i got back and told my instructor, he just said you should be thankful because usually only those weak ones have to finish the whole track. Okay....... So headed back and guess what : I reached my desination by 10:15 or so, which means I actually used only half an hour to travel back.
Did I drive super fast?
Oops?
feel so happy having to drive on the highway...I LOVE DRIVING! Yup, gotta admit that. Even mummy says so. She said it's so obvious ... perhaps cause I've been bugging her about my driving lessons since my birthday last year and also I'm always more addicted to driving computer games like racing and all compared to other kind of games. xD
Oh well. A good experience. And yes again the Kancil WAS HORRIBLE! No power steering, my hands almost broke from all the twist and turnings. The clutch and pedals were super soft which makes it hard to control and the Manual thingy was SOOOOOO hard to push. Instructor said I was being pampered all this while using power steering car and laughed. >.<"" Am I really such a baby princess? -.-"""
Well, wish me luck. Having my real driving test next Friday morning!!! :D
