`Besties Night Out

Met up with San and Joo (FINALLY...goodness) in Midvalley on Tuesday night and it was a blast! It's been ICE AGES since we met each other and although we weren't so super talkative that day like we used to during high school times, just knowing and the feeling of each other's presence really made my night. Really won't know what to do without these two lovely yet devillish little angels. Haha.

Just before Joo and San left

I was too interested in the CUTE monsters... >.<"
Another cute pink monster!

Us in Chopstick Noodle House.

Went to Chopstick Noodle House for dinner together. Joo practically fell in love with the sofa. >.<" It was so awkward when San and Joo just called out to one of the waiter to help us snap a picture. I admit I was too shy, but it was a sure-laugh scene. ^^.

Look below : guess who ate what? xP

Pics below taken before we seek the help of the kind waiter. Result : There's only two of either of us in a picture. >.<" Another's holding the camera.

`MY DOOODOLLS!

A 90 degree '8' times of THANK YOU and I LOVE YOU to my mummy! Just love her sooo sooo much.

Went midvalley shopping today - supposedly to get stuff for Russia. In the end I bought all that was not in the list of things I had to buy. ROFL, but I was super duper blessed by my mom!

I finally got my DOOODOLL! A white, mini cupido and a huge, pink droolie! Supposed to get a huge cupido only but since I was torn between two - Droolie is just too cute to resist, my mom decided to get me both and I ended up getting a mini cupido and a huge droolie. Oooh how much I love them. I also got a pink hood from Momoe that I hope is thick enough to be used in Russia and got some toiletries needed. In addition to that, mom took me out for dinner at Sushi King!! :D Felt so loved.

The pink hood from Momoe. Like it!

My dooodolls - Baby Cupido and Gigantic Droolie.

Close up of me and my dooodolls! Gonna bring them to Russia. :)

Went to Port Dickson the weekend before exam and I really had the time of my life. Of good and of bad.

My dad had my hopes and expectations kept SOOO high when he told us how his friend who suggested and booked the place for us, describe the lovely beach resort to him. Together with the indoor manmade beach, I thought this holiday is going to be a blast.

well... ...minus the "I-STILL-HAVE-to-STUDY" part.

Yet when we arrived...I felt as though my expectations fell into a drain, or deeper than that - a well? The rooms were so....woody, yes, the only word to describe - WOODY. The air cond was old and weird, the bathroom was so small and dirty...even the chairs are made of wood and the TV is so small...(Okay, maybe it was my expectations being too high). I almost wanted to cry right there and then ... I mean, I'm so much of an environment person. I can't study well with an environment that's not....peaceful and friendly to me and my emotions usually alters to the environment of the place I'm being at or in. My family was so shock, my dad was even thinking how our money got cheated just like that because the photos in the website were so nice. (Lesson learnt : don't trust the internet too much). These are a few pics of the hotel room.

In the bed room

The living room - dad and mom + wood, curtain and tv (woodiness)

Toilet - notice how the sink is outside -.-"

More wood - Dining hall and kitchen (which had roach smell)

But then, after having a really good, night sleep and clearing all my emotions off, I began to realize this trip acts like a trial for me before I head over to Russia. Life isn't going to be a bed of roses in Russia, there'd be cockroaches and rats in the hostel who knows, and it might be even smaller and worse than the hotel, and the environment may not be friendly and all peaceful to me, but this is life, learn to appreciate the things you have.

Besides, after I learn to look from the point of view, everything seem to go from bad to good. (now it really seems as though it's a test by God lol). I met up with Eric, Lisa and Sara, the kids I went to America with, and they were as cute and lovely as ever. Went for a disgusting lunch with my mom and my sis but the time spent was SOOOO worth it. Then swimming with the kids in the evening (spotted a leng chai xP, so it's worth it too HAHA) and then went for a great dinner with all of them. After dinner, we came back to see more activities - some funny gag show and acroba and I got my FIRST KINDER JOY! Haha. I secretly wanted to see what was inside since the first time I spotted it ages ago ... I still have the kid in me. And also got a fan that spells words!!!! ^^. Oh I feel like a kid.

To Lunch - Mom and Ger

Crazy Acrobat Girl

Gag Show

Acrobats

Crocs Fans

Before swimming - High CF Semangat (haha!!!)

The kids - Eric, Lisa, Sara

Lunch - "canned" Pineapple fried rice -.-"

Mom and Ger at restaurant during lunch

Cool dad buying fruits for us - the durian there is a MUST EAT for durian lovers.

Me and my first kinder joy! xD

My first kinder joy. No idea y I'm so exicted over it

My fan!!! :) CHARM WORLD ROX!

Lesson learned : Don't trust internet too much. AND the most important : Always look from the brighter point of view and you'll see things change to a better course, as you are the one who is responsible for choosing to let your day be a bad day, or a good day. :)

`Brief Update

Life has been like a roller coaster ride lately. And note: Charmaine doesn't like roller coasters...(Penguin : Stupid Solero Shot scene)

Finals are on next week and here I am blogging in my college library computer lab...isn't much of a lab but ya, the place where all the comps are. I soooo can't wait to finish reading all my syllabus and then go for the exams and pass it all and go to Russia...okay, maybe not the Russia part, but the HOLIDAY PART!!!

I've even listed things that I'm to do during the Holiday before I go on the super long 6 years nightmare, roller coaster ride in Russia.

Things to do:

- Spend loads of time with my family members - Papa, Mama, GG, Dua Yi, Yi Yi, Jaslynn (I wanna go sleepover and movie marathon xD!!!!)

- People to meet up and spend quality time with:
  • San and Juju -- AT LEAST 10 TIMES. Sleepover craze!!! xD
  • Jeff Fire Girl -- Really hang out together and perhaps do some recording!
  • Amelia -- The Childhood friend I won't want to miss out. Sleepover okay?! I don't care if you're having SPM, I still want to kacau you. xP
  • Joee -- Will never forget this almost-Japanese obasan. Would really wanna spend time with her more. Will never forget the times we spend together studying like crazy for SPM.
  • CF Committee - Mun Wah, Wei Ren, Jennifer and Natalie. :)
  • CF - I really miss CF. Will go back at least once, promise.
  • Form 4 - 5 best buddies - Sook Yee, Shu Wei and Ee Zhen. You girls better spend some time with me oh! (hehehe) xD
- Visit Genting, Sunway Lagoon, Pulau Redang with Bonnie, Johor (hometown), Sarawak for the rainforest thing (not sure if mom managed to book places).

- Watch Memories in Bali, Boys Before Flowers, Cinderella Man (Korean series).

- Go for all my dance classes (have 14 hours to finish before August)

- SHOPPING! (For all necessary and needed stuff to Russia)

- Listen to all the sermons (esp. God of Ancient China by Pastor Kong) and read all the Christian books that I've been storing up for quite some time now.

- Read up all my storybooks so I won't have to bring them all to Russia. :)

- Practice and practice and more practice for violin and guitar.

But before all those can be achieved....study comes first, exam comes second and that comes last. Fail exam = No Russia

Okay...better stop fantasizing about the future and concentrate on the present...for now - STUDY MODE ON!

(please pray for me to ace all my exam papers - Biology, Physics, Chemistry esp and Math)
